How to Coach Others

For the purpose of the course, coaching is the term used for the process of helping some to improve upon an existing skills set. Generally, it is not about teaching someone new information. It is about developing from the existing level of performance to a higher one.

Target Audience

Staff at all levels, especially Managers, who wish to use a coaching process to improve the performance of others.
