This session is specifically designed for international staff who will be mentoring other international staff.  

Who this session isfor:

This workshop is for any member of staff who might be mentoring an international colleague, to support them in the initial stages of their move to Nottingham.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop you will:

  *  Have a good understanding of the purpose of mentoring
  *  Be able to define what you are (and aren’t) able to offer to a mentee
  *  Have a model of good practice for managing the mentoring relationship
  *  Know about support offered to new staff by HR, and elsewhere within the University
