Sharing data workshop

Web Notes Overview

Research is becoming more and more open. Best practice, as well as funders, tells us that we should be sharing our data at the end of research projects - if not before! Sharing your data can lead to increased collaborations, increased citations, and encourages research to become more reproducible and transparent.

But where should data go? What sort of data? How do I let people know where my data is?

As part of Open Access week, University of Nottingham Libraries will be running a workshop answering these questions and then helping you to have a go yourself. You can either bring data that you already have, or there will be dummy data to give you an idea of the process.
