Course Description:

This course focuses on your professional growth in teaching. It is based on the premise that you can stay vital in teaching by continuously reflecting on your teaching practice and, through this process, developing new teaching skills and approaches.
 
Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Enrich your awareness of the value of and options for professional development;
  • Develop skills for identifying and engaging in activities to support your ongoing development in teaching;
  • Produce, evaluate, and revise development plans and a teaching portfolio.

About this course

This online course was produced by Epigeum as part of their University and College Teaching (UCT) programme.
  Each course will take between 2 and 4 hours to complete, and is equivalent to a half-day workshop.
