This course aims to answer your questions about how to find, select and successfully make use of learning resources.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
Identify, evaluate and explore potential uses in teaching of a variety of learning resources - ranging from books to multimedia;
Choose among these resources based on factors such as student characteristics, course type and level, the nature of your teaching situation, and your own preferences;
Make decisions in relation to planning, locating and designing learning resources, effectively presenting them to students (whether face-to-face or online) and linking them with other aspects of your course;
Evaluate how well the resources functioned.
About this course
