Learning Outcomes:

At the completion of this course you should be able to:
  • Create, send and receive emails
  • Create shareable links to information via Microsoft 365
  • Manage the Outlook interface using Settings options
  • Organise and work with mail folders such as Focussed and Conversation views
  • Automate common or repetitive steps using Sweep and rules, etc
  • Use the search facilities to locate information across all Outlook items
  • Schedule appointments, events, and meetings in your calendar
  • Create and work with tasks and task requests
  • Share your calendar, contacts, and tasks with colleagues
Pre-Requisites:
This course assumes some knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

To participate in this session you will need to access Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and you will need to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before the session starts.

This session will focus on the PC/ Windows use of Microsoft 365.

Process:

Course Leader input, demonstrations, and hands-on practical sessions.

You are required to attend the whole of the course, this is not a "drop in" session.
