Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a body of psychology that has many aspects. Two broad areas are how we think and how we communicate. Knowing how we think: knowing how others may think and knowing how to successfully communicate with others are the key factors in a successful life. On this course we will only have time to introduce some of the key concepts. but this may be enough to give you a different view of the world and how best to communicate with others.
The session will provide you with the opportunity to consider topics such as.
Our maps and filters - how we and others see the world
The representational systems - including Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic
Communicating through body language
Building rapport - pacing and leading
Use of language - vague and precise
At the end of the session we will have time for you to consider how you wish to use the knowledge you have acquired.
