This course is aimed at staff that have line management responsibility and will provide information on how to manage staff with a health condition, including long term health conditions.

·        Information on how to support and manage staff with physical and mental health conditions

·        Practical case study based approach to helping staff to return to and sustain in work

·        Looking after your own health and resilience as a manager

Process

This workshop will be run by vocational rehabilitation case managers from the Nottinghamshire Fit for Work Service – Fit for Work Team (www.fitforworkteam.org) and will be based on an established approach to supporting staff with health conditions.

It will be an interactive workshop, drawing on case studies to arrive at practical techniques for use in the workplace.
