Course Description:

This workshop provides an overview of the work of the Peer Observation College.  The session includes training on how to observe and give feedback that is supportive and developmental in nature.  It also explores effective mentoring processes to support professional development in teaching and learning practice.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Undertake peer observation effectively;
  • Provide feedback to peers that is supportive and developmental;
  • Mentor colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practice.
