Course Description:

This workshop provides an overview of the various metrics that inform the TEF. It explores challenges and possible strategies for enhancing practice within individual Schools/Departments.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this workshop participants should be able to:

• Identify areas in own School and Department that require improvement;

• Develop a strategy for improvement that places students at the centre.
