University Competency Framework - making it work for the staff you review

Competency Frameworks should be used to support the performance of the staff you review via PDPR.  This workshop will:

•  Explore practical ways to utilise the Framework when reviewing staff via PDPR;
•  Identify straightforward tools which will help realise the benefits of the Framework.
