This course is to help you think about what your career says about you so far and how an understanding of your career choices can help you think about your future direction.
Participants will have the opportunity to,
Discuss the concept of career anchors and use these to consider future direction
Receive feedback on a Career Anchors Questionnaire (to be given out during the course) which will help you understand your motives, preferences, values and talents in the workplace
Think about the choices to be made in Project Transform/Project Strategy 2020
