Learning outcomes:
Participants will have the opportunity to: 
  *  examine and use the techniques of 'visioning' and gap analysis to explore the feasibility of strategic direction;
  *  utilise straight forward tools and techniques to help create a strategic plan;
  *  explore performance indicators, how to identify and use them;
  *  consider ways in which to involve staff in the process and how to present the plan as a business case.
