Pre-Requisites

Dear Training Delegate

Your ADC Appraisers course will be delivered online.  The delivery time has been reduced to 90 minutes because group activity and discussion is not really achievable in this format, however, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and raise points and issues as we work through the material.  Please find attached a handout which I will refer to during the training.  This contains information to help you think through your approach to ADC.
