Learning Outcomes
People and teams face problems and challenges all the time and some of these are not easy to resolve. Decision on these areas can be poor, or take a long time, as the decision making process is unstructured or incomplete. In 1985 Edward De Bono introduced a methodology for a more complete and systematic consideration of problems. This is called Six Thinking Hats.
