Course Description:

This course is aimed at Student Account Services and Finance staff who are responsible for working with Student Accounts and Debt Management.

This training course will teach staff how to view and interrogate a student account, produce collections and communications, view communications, use service indicators, add comments to a student account, manage disputes, assign a student to a payment plan and a refresher on taking payments from a student.

The training will comprise some presentation material but is largely practical hands-on use of the system.
