Learning Outcomes

This workshop aims to equip role-holders (reviewees) with the information and skills they need to engage with the PDPR scheme.  It will also provide an update on the new Appraisal & Development Conversation (ADC) scheme which is scheduled to replace the PDPR scheme next year.

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe the PDPR process;
  • Understand their role within it;
  • Prepare for their PDPR meeting with confidence;
  • Complete the PDPR form correctly;
  • Write a set of SMART goals for the coming year (including both performance and development goals);.
Process
 

Tutor input, group and individual work. 

Who should attend:

All staff who are new to the PDPR process.
