Target Audience

This session is suitable for staff and postgraduate research students who wish to learn how to practice mindfulness with a trained mindfulness teacher. No previous experience of mindfulness skills training is required.  Staff who have attended the Mindfulness skills programme and wish to review their learning are also invited to attend.  

Description

Mindfulness practices offered to support you in developing mental focus and good health.

Format of the session:

This is a 45 minute practical session which offers experience of mindfulness practices and discussions/'inquiry' into learning from these practices. You may wish to eat your lunch before you arrive.

Tutor:

The session will be led by Yasmin Holmes, an experienced a mindfulness teacher trained and engaged in regular mindfulness supervision & CPD in accordance with the UK Network for Mindfulness-based Teacher Training Organisations https://www.ukmindfulnessnetwork.co.uk/.
