This Focus Group is to explore your experience as a Line Manager of supporting staff through being pregnant at work; taking Maternity/Adoption/Shared Parental Leave; and returning to work following that leave. This will help us understand the barriers and opportunities for the University to make improvements. The information gained will be held confidentially and used to help us develop initiatives, policy and practices in this area.
Who should attend?
If you are currently supporting, or have supported during the last 2 years, a member of staff through being pregnant at work; preparing to take Maternity/Adoption/Shared Parental Leave; and returning to work, we would love you to attend and contribute your perspective.
Can't come?
If you are unable to attend, but would like to feed in, please email peopleandculture@nottingham.ac.uk to find out about other opportunities to do so.
Campuses and Rooms
Please note that, due to the restrictions of the timetabling system, we are currently unable to book rooms for the groups that will run in the new academic year. However, the campuses will be as follows:

6 November - Sutton Bonington
13 November - Derby
