Settle into summer with a free workplace massage. Offered as part of the University's Wellbeing Programme, these 15 minute, seated, clothed, acupressure massages will use a variety of techniques to help you feel happier and more relaxed at work.
Massages work on a physical level to eliminate the knots and stresses that build up in the back, shoulders and neck due to poor posture as well as physical and mental tension. The manipulation not only breaks down the ares of stiffness but increases blood flow to the muscles and head giving a feeling of being refreshed and more energetic.
