Microsoft Office 365: Using Forms to create a Survey, Quiz or Poll

Microsoft Forms is an Office 365 application for creating online surveys or quizzes.
It is an easy way to ask quick questions and receive feedback or conduct an in-depth survey with up to 50,000 responses. Microsoft Forms allows the content created to be sent as an invitation to other users and be filled out on any Microsoft 365 compatible device and invite others to respond using a web browser or mobile device. The creator can see real-time results and use inbuilt statistics or export the data to Microsoft Excel for additional analysis.

  • Use branching
  • Adjust the settings including who can fill out the form, anonymise or identify form responders, specify deadlines, shuffle questions, email notification of each response
