At the completion of this introductory course you should be able to:
The course is designed to build on the knowledge and skills acquired as part of the “Microsoft Office 365: Getting started with OneDrive and OneNote” and “Microsoft 365: Improving efficiency and collaboration using Teams & Breakouts” courses. Therefore, you are strongly recommended to attend these courses or be confident that you can demonstrate proficiency in these skills.
To participate in this session you will need to access Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and you will need to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before the session starts.
This session will focus on the PC/ Windows use of Microsoft 365.
