THIS COURSE IS AIMED AT STAFF MEMBERS WHO ARE LINE MANAGING A TEAM TO SUPPORT THEM WITH EMBEDDING THE AGILE FRAMEWORK INTO THEIR TEAMS
The Organisational Development Team are running interactive sessions to introduce line managers to the cultural vision and practices set out in the Agile Working Framework and people guidance launched in April 2024.
These sessions will explain what agile working means for the university, what the objectives of the framework are and how to use it in practical terms to help your team evolve.
