Agile Working: Being an Effective Agile Worker Do you want to learn how you can be an effective agile worker? Are you looking for practical tips on how to implement agile working in your day-to-day? “Everyone is busy”. “No one has time for me”. “Why won’t they help me out?” It’s hard getting people to help when we can’t just tell them what to do! In this short session you’ll learn some practical tips on how to influence even if you have no authority, including:- Think of outcomes first: what are you trying to achieve? - Focus on the other person/people: What’s important to them? How do they like to get things done? - Why should others collaborate with you? A model to take ownership of how you are seen by others, so they’ll want to help you out. Suitable for all members of staff, the sessions aim to develop understanding and support you in adopting agile working using practical tools. There are limited places on each session so book your place now to avoid disappointment!
