Aims

This session introduces you to Agresso Self Service, the new web-based Agresso accessable to all staff.

As a result of this session you should:

• understand what Agresso Self Service is and what it can do;
• be able to access and navigate Agresso Self Service confidently;
• be familiar with using Information Pages and Reports;
• understand more about Agresso Self Service's capabilities;
• be introduced to some tips and troubleshooting advice.

This session is designed to be a basic course starting from the very beginning of Agresso Self Service.

The session is based in a computer training room so that attendees can follow the session leader through the examples.

The Agresso Self Service session is designed for all University staff users of web-based Agresso.
