Campus Solutions Essentials (Online Course)

After booking onto this course you will be automatically sent a joining instructions email, which will contain a link to enable you to self-enrol on a course within Moodle, where all the training content is held.

Once you have completed the content in Moodle, then please return to Central Short Courses as instructed in Moodle, so that this training can be included in your personal training history.

This course is for any APM user of Campus Solutions that will be viewing, amending or updating student records.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this course you will:

• Be able to log in and navigate the system menu
• Be able to use common features such as favourites and searching for data
• Have an understanding of common Campus Solutions terminology
• Be able to explore student records
• Understand where to see personal, academic and financial information (including comments and documents)
• Understand the basics of curriculum data and how to view Plan, Course and Class roster information
• Know how to find supporting documentation

 

Pre-Requisites

The first part of this course requires you to go to Moodle and self-enrol on the following course: https://moodle.nottingham.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=91283

The password to use when enrolling is CampusEssentials (this is case sensitive)

After you have completed the modules in Moodle then please return to Central Short Courses as instructed in Moodle, so that this training can be included in your personal training history.
