This course is designed for programme admin staff who are responsible for administering student records in Campus Solutions.

  • How to view a student's current enrolments
  • How to process a change of Program and Plan
  • How to process a change of Plan (within a Program)
  • How to process an interruption (leave of absence)
  • How to process a return from interruption
  • How to process a change of load (full-time/part-time)
  • How to process a withdrawal

Registration
  • How to navigate around the Student Registration WorkCentre
  • How to complete ‘In-Person Registration’

Enquiries and Maintenance
  • How to allocate advisors to students (Taught only)
  • How to update a student's personal details including name, address, contact information, gender or marital status
  • How to add comments to a student record
  • How to upload documents to a student record

The first part of this course requires you to go to Moodle and self-enroll on the following course:
