Campus Solutions – Placements, Partnerships and Mobility (Online Course)

After booking onto this course you will be automatically sent a joining instructions email, which will contain a link to enable you to self-enrol on a course within Moodle, where all the training content is held.

Once you have completed the content in Moodle, then please return to Central Short Courses as instructed in Moodle, so that this training can be included in your personal training history.

This course is designed for staff who are responsible for entering placements, partnerships and mobility information into Campus Solutions.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this course you will:

• Be able to check if a placement provider exists in Campus Solutions with the correct location, and add additional locations to a provider if required
• Be able to enter a student's placement information (location, dates, absences, and notes)
• Be able to update a student record for outgoing placements
• Be able to update a student record for returning students
• Be able to add external study information for a student so that the placement appears on their diploma supplement
• Be able to add transfer credits to a student record 

Pre-Requisites

The first part of this course requires you to go to Moodle and self-enroll on the following course:
