This 45 minute session will provide an overview of the Career Development Programme, its aims and the application process. It will also be an opportunity to answer any questions you may have.

Is this for me?

This programme is open to professional staff, including colleagues in professional services, technical, operational and childcare roles at levels 1-4. It is designed for those who want to take a more active role in their career development, whether that means growing within their current role, broadening their experience, exploring new career pathways, or gaining greater clarity about future possibilities. We particularly encourage applications from colleagues from underrepresented groups and anyone who may face additional barriers to career development. 

We are looking for colleagues who are:

• Motivated to invest in their career development.
• Open to reflection, learning and exploring new possibilities.
• Willing to actively participate in discussions and activities.
• Committed to attending all three workshops and contributing feedback to help shape future programmes.
