Dynamics CRM Staff Training (Online Course)

This course is designed for staff who are responsible for processing CRM cases in Microsoft Dynamics.

To participate in this course you are first required to complete the eLearning module(s) within Moodle, and then secondly to complete a self-declaration within the Central Short Courses system.

To enrol in this course, open the Dynamics CRM Staff Training in Moodle page. 
If you don’t have access to Moodle and are a member of staff, you can request access at selfservice.nottingham.ac.uk.

The password to use when enrolling is DynamicsCRM (this is case sensitive)

After you have completed the modules in Moodle then please return to Central Short Courses as instructed in Moodle, so that this training can be included in your personal training history.
