This 90-minute interactive online workshop will guide you through the practicalities of constructive alignment, ensuring that your learning outcomes, teaching methods, and assessments promote deep learning. You'll also explore how to enhance your modules with digital learning tools and design with inclusivity in mind, all while aligning with external benchmarks and guidelines.
This course will also support you in your reflection, development and critical examination of your practice which can support your reflective account for fellowship submission through the Nottingham Recognition Scheme (NRS).

Who should attend?
PGTA’s already in post, technicians, libraries, early academics, returners to teaching, international academics and anyone who delivers or supports teaching and wants to develop their practice.
Attendance
Participants are required to attend a minimum of 90% of any synchronous online training course to be marked as "Attended." Attendance is tracked through the attendance record generated by Microsoft Teams, which monitors login times and the duration of attendance in the session.
