This session will cover approaches to strategically developing talent within UoN. Introducing the new Talent Management framework, this session will provide an opportunity to share and discuss best practice in retaining, developing and recognising high performance and identifying potential.
Learning Outcomes:
This workshop relates to the “Communication”, “Leading others: Drives performance”, “Leading others: Promotes wellbeing and inclusion” competencies outlined in the Competency Framework.
Please note this session will cover broad themes that will cover core principles, techniques and advice that are universally relevant to help effectively manage talent. Therefore, this will not cover specific advice for individual job roles/pathways.
