Overview
This interactive training course equips demonstrators with the skills to create effective and engaging lab sessions. Participants will explore best practices for fostering a psychologically safe learning environment, using questioning techniques to check understanding and delivering constructive feedback on student work.
Learning Outcomes
Please note: that this is an interactive session, and active participation is expected throughout all activities, including breakout rooms. To get the most out of the session, we recommend joining from an environment where you can fully engage.
Attendance
Participants are required to attend a minimum of 90% of any synchronous online training course to be marked as "Attended." Attendance is tracked through the attendance record generated by Microsoft Teams, which monitors login times and the duration of attendance in the session.
