Identify different types of challenging behaviours and understand their underlying causes
Explore a range of strategies for responding effectively to difficult behaviours
Learn and practise de-escalation techniques to help reduce tension and prevent escalation
Reflect on your own emotional responses and triggers, developing self-awareness and empathy
Apply your learning through realistic scenarios and group discussion, building practical skills for real-life situations
By the end of this course, you'll walk away with practical tools, greater emotional intelligence, and a deeper understanding of how to handle challenging behaviours with confidence, empathy, and control.
