Engage - Live Streaming and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) using Echo360
Duration 2 Hours
Team Professional Development

With the Universal Capture software installed on your device, you can also provide synchronous Learning by Live Streaming your content to your students and enabling a chat based question and answer facility.  Once this content has been created it can then be made available asynchronously so your students can watch it whenever they want.

This session will also cover how to use the Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) transcription feature that has recently been released by Echo360.  This aims to make video more accessible and engaging by allowing students to read along with spoken content.   The ASR transcription can then be edited to correct any errors or potentially could be made into fully compliant closed captions.
