This online session is designed for anyone acting as an appraiser in the ADC process this year. Underpinned by our university’s Open Conversation Framework, this session will help managers to consider the conversation skills required to facilitate an effective ADC. This session will also introduce our university’s ambition to become a ‘learning organisation’, and what this means to support the professional development of your teams.
