This online course is run by the Researcher Academy as part of the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Arts Training Programmes

Target Audience: Postgraduate researchers (PGRs) in the Faculties of Social Science and Arts only. 

Description: 

This session will cover how to manage feelings of isolation, motivation and control in the current uncertain times. It will also give advice and tips on looking after your mental wellbeing while studying for a PhD, including self-care and putting together a wellbeing plan.

Process: This is a webinar within Microsoft Teams.
