Hydrofluoric Acid First Aid Training
Duration 3.5 Hours

The course will cover:

·        Overview of HF hazards

·        Treatment of acid burns (using Calcium Gluconate gel or Hexafluorine)

·        Safety and precautions of rescuers

·        Referral to hospital

·        Record keeping

An understanding of the hazards associated with Hydrofluoric Acid is beneficial but will be covered during the training.

Generally it is expected, as for first aid training at work, that the training will be refreshed on a 3-yearly basis.

Depending on the number of delegates booking, the cost will be £100 per person.
