Horizon Scanning and Strategic Foresight: navigating the future.

In times of uncertainty, effective leadership means not only staying adaptable but also anticipating what’s ahead. This interactive workshop introduces horizon scanning as a powerful tool to help leaders navigate ambiguity with greater clarity and confidence.

Through practical tools like benchmarking and probability mapping, you’ll learn how to evaluate your current position and make informed, forward-looking decisions.

This workshop supports development in the following competencies from the Competency Framework: “Communication”, “Self-Leadership”, “Adaptability”.
