Whatever role you do, whatever experience you have, we all face our imposter from time to time. This session encourages you to get curious about your feelings, it's not about getting rid of them but looking for ways to feel supported when they appear.

Pre-work: Imposter Phenomenon: tools to better understand and challenge your inner critic 
Before attending this workshop, please take some self-reflection time to fill in this self-assessment: Chance Imposter Phenomenon scale.  This will take approximately 15 minutes. 

Answer the questions for yourself and calculate your score using the information on page 3. This is a private exercise to get you thinking about whether, or to what extent, Imposter Phenomenon is affecting you, and some of its characteristics. You do not need to bring your self-assessment to the workshop or share it with anyone else.
