Description There are no guarantees when it comes to influencing and persuading people, but the more options you have, and the more skillfully you can employ these, the greater your chances of success.
During this workshop we will:
* Explore the difference between Influence and Persuasion
* Consider a number of different styles of Influence and Persuasion
* Examine a number of models of Influence and Persuasion, including the work of Carnegie and of Cialdini
* Identify how these may be helpful in the workplace
