This session is delivered by the HR Employment Relations team as an introduction to HR policies and how you can support your staff in a range of areas, including conduct concerns, complaints that arise in line with the Dignity and Grievance policy. You will also explore how to have open conversations with your staff, to help manage complaints informally.
