An interactive introductory training session for mentors at the University of Nottingham. It is designed for the LMA mentoring scheme, but will also be suitable for staff who will be mentoring through other University mentoring schemes, by invitation. By the end of this session you will:

• Understand the LMA mentoring scheme and your role as a mentor
• Be able to set expectations and conduct a contracting conversation with your mentee
• Understand key skills and behaviours of a mentor
• Know where to find mentoring resources on Moodle and Teams
