Introduction to Emotional Resilience

This workshop will develop your awareness of the signs and symptoms of stress. You will gain a greater understanding of the skills and strategies needed to build and maintain personal resilience.

We will share with you some key tips for managing stress more effectively and growing emotional resilience.

The skills we teach you will help to enhance your capacity to bounce back and thrive at difficult times. Published research shows that these skills have been linked with improved confidence and well-being.

Target Audience:
This session is designed for staff only, working at the University of Nottingham and will be hosted by fully qualified, and experienced Clinical Psychologists, with over 40 years NHS experience between them.


Process:
This workshop will be delivered by external consultants and will take place entirely online via Zoom.  Instructions on how to join the meeting will be provided at the time of booking
