If you’re considering implementing a change or about to enter a period of change, this session will offer you a space to reflect on the people impact of the change; how an awareness of the impact of change on teams and individuals can help underpin decision-making about change management processes; and how the University values can provide a guiding framework through the change journey.
 
 
Objectives:
  • Explore strategies for supporting individuals and group dynamics; developing an understanding of the people impact of change
  • Explore how the university values align to the UoN Change Framework
  • Reflect on the cultural impact of change planning and communication strategies
  • Discuss and identify strategies for cultural resistance to change
  • Discuss how our approach as a learning organisation can support the embedding of change
