Running since 1999, the Lord Dearing Awards celebrate the world-class contribution made by a wide range of University staff who have enhanced teaching and learning, learning support, or the wider student experience.

Introduction
Welcome to this Lord Dearing Award (LDA) briefing session. As an introductory session, it will provide an overview of the LDA process, introduce key resources, and create space for any questions about the award. It’s designed for colleagues who are either considering or have accepted an LDA nomination.

This is the first of three sessions. The next two will focus on the Professional Dialogue and the Narrative & 360 Review.
