The Connected Leadership Pathway is our new way to support anyone who is interested in joining with others from across the university to develop leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

This information session provides an overview of the Pathway’s purpose and structure, what you can hope to gain from participating and what will be required of you if you commit to this way of learning.

The pathway is open to all - leadership starts with how we lead ourselves so, whatever your level or role, this individualised approach where you choose the learning that's most relevant to you, connect with others and learn together will help you develop and perform better in your role.

By the end of the session, participants will :

• Understand how the Pathway supports leadership growth
• Understand the expectation and next steps for enrolling on to the Pathway
