Participants must have studied Improvement Pratitioner 2 (Orange belt) Practical level in order to study this course.
This course is designed to build on participants knowledge of improvement tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma thinking. The focus of this course is the application of Lean Six Sigma PDCA methods to real-life improvement projects. It covers the key tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma to Green Belt depth. The interactive days use a set of scenarios and exercises to demonstrate how the application of Lean Six Sigma can achieve understanding, recognition and delivery of opportunities in your area of the University.
