Course Aim:
This course is designed to give participants a basic introduction to some of the improvement tools and methodologies of Lean six sigma thinking. The interactive day uses a set of University scenarios to demonstrate how the application of Lean six sigma can achieve understanding, recognition and delivery of opportunities across any organised area.

For the online sessions, the course will be run as 2 half days - both sessions need to be attended to complete the course.
For the face to face sessions, the course will be run over 1 full day.
