Duration 1 day
Team Getting in Shape Team

June 2024 update:

Exciting times ahead as we are currently taking some time to build on the success of our previous training material and put our own continuous improvement tools into action to meet emerging needs of Future Nottingham

We anticipate testing will begin September 2024. If you would like to be involved in testing the new material as it is developed please get in touch.

The course is open to all University staff and Postgraduates.

This course is designed to give participants a basic introduction to some of the improvement tools and methodologies of Lean six sigma thinking.  The interactive day uses a set of University scenarios to demonstrate how the application of Lean six sigma can achieve understanding, recognition and delivery of opportunities across any organised area.
