This session aims to help you create accessible Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for use in your teaching and learning content.

In this session we’ll cover:

• Making images accessible
• Using headings to structure documents
• Formatting text in an accessible way
• Using tables effectively
• Using colour in an accessible way
• Using PowerPoint to create an effective reading order for users of assistive technologies

This session is for anyone who creates documents and presentations across teaching and learning, or the wider university.

This session is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
